Tangdi kabab




Recipe
1.[make cuts on chicken using a knife..]
On chicken drumstick pieces..squeeze in 1 lemon juice,salt,1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well to combine..marinade this for atleast 30 min

2.add the following spices

1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika pdr or black pepper pdr
a pinch of red food colour[optional]

1 cup thick curd mix all well

*Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, pressing lightly to remove excess marinade
sprinkle little oil on top for grilling
......The chicken may be grilled or roasted.
