sheekh kabab






Recipe:

*250 gms fresh fine mince of chicken/beef/mutton of your choice
*1 tsp ginger garlic paste
*1 lime juice
*finely chopped 2 green chillies
*1/2 tsp black pepper pdr crushed
*finely chopped coriander and mint leaves 1/2 cup
*1 big size onion chopped very finely
*meat tenderiser 1/2 tsp or dash of raw papita grated
*white of 1 egg for binding
*salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and marinade for 2-3 hours in refridgerator
make sheekh using skewers,arrange on grilling pan..
cook on medium flame with little oil turning at regular interval
serve hot sheekh kabab with naan and chutni of your choice
