hariyali chicken tikka




Recipe 

grind 3 green chillies,1 medium piece of ginger,2 cloves of garlic,1 cup of chopped coriander leaves,1 cup of chopped mint leaves,1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese[optional] and juice of 1 lime into thick fine paste...

Add the grinded paste into 1/2 cup of thick curd,..add salt to taste…apply this mix on 500 gms of boneless chicken cubes and marinade overnight in fridge..

arrange on skewers and grill..
you can also shallow fry in a non stick pan with little oil used….
enjoy....

served as starter.........
a mouth melting delicacy..........................
