Recipe:
- Boil 3 potatoes till soft.keep aside
- Take 3 bread slices with sides removed...dip in a bowl of water and squeeze out excess water keep aside
- In a bowl mix 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, chopped 2 geen chillies, 2 tbl spoon chopped coriander,little salt and turmeric.
- mash potatoes till smooth with your hands then add onion mixture,bread and mix all well.
- Make patties,by applying little oil on your palms
- shallow Fry on tava with enough oil.dont deep fry.
- serve with with tomato ketchup or your favourite dip.
