potato chips


Recipe-
  • 2 big potato peeled and cut into very thin slices..soak in water with little salt and turmeric...
  • Spread each slice of potato on a absorbant cotton cloth , it should be made dry as possible on both sides..
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying ,once the oil is hot reduce the flame to medium..
  • Drop potato slices one at a time....
  • Fry till golden crisp..turning at usual intervals...
  • Fry all in batches..do not over fill the pan..
  • Remove on a tissue to absorb any excess oil...let cool...
  • Season potatoes with salt ,red chilli pdr ,black pepper pdr...
  • Enjoy............
