Recipe:
- In a pressure cooker cook paya [lamb hoof with 4 glass water and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and a bay leaf on low flame for 30 min approximately.
- In a large pan add 5 tblspoon oil add 4-5 cloves,3-4 cardomom,2 cinnamon,… let crackle..
- add 2 cups of finely 1 cup sliced onion fry till transperant,and 1 cup chopped tomatoes,2 green chillies and saute…add 1 cup yoghurt, 1 lime juice,add 1 tsp of each coriander pdr,turmeric,garam masala pdr,red chilli pdr….add salt to taste
- add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup chopped coriander
- add cooked paya and cook for another 10 mins till gravy thickens………..
