Recipe:
READY IN 3 EASY STEPS-
1.COOK 500 GMS OF INDIAN VEAL WITH 2 GLASS WATER, A PINCH OF TURMERIC AND 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE TILL HALF DONE..STRAIN ANY EXCESS WATER AND PUT IN A BOWL.
2.INTO IT ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI PDR,1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA,1 TSP CORIANDER PDR,1/2 TSP CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER,1 TSP LEMON JUICE AND SALT.MIX WELL
3.TAKE PAN ADD 2 TBSP OIL,1 COARSELY CUT ONION,FEW CURRY LEAVES,2 GREEN CHILLI,1/2 TSP CHOPPED GINGER, AND ADD BEEF.
FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL DONE.
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
