Recipe
1.Heat 2 table spoon pure ghee in a pan, add 1 kilo grated carrots and sauté on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
2.Add 1 litre full cream milk, mix well and cook on low flame till carrots get well cooked and milk entirely reduced
3. add 200 to 250 gms sugar as per taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes, while stirring continuously mix well.
Sprinkle a pinch of cardamom powder.
4.you can add unsweetened khoya 250 gms..(optional)
5.add 2 tbl spoon ghee and cook for more 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
Add chopped pistachios and almonds for garnish
Serve......
