Mutton cutlets



Shami kebabs/Mutton cutlets a popular starter throughout india and pakistan made with meat mince & perfect blend of spices....
simply a rich royal treat

Ingredients

🌱500 gms of boneless mutton mince,
🌱1 egg
🌱1 cup chana dal-split bengal gram(soaked for 4 hours),
🌱1 meduim sized diced Onion
 🌱5 Green Chilly chopped
🌱5 pods Garlic
🌱1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
🌱4 Cardamoms
🌱5 cloves
🌱1 " long piece Cinnamon (Dalchini)
🌱oil for frying 


Method:


*Except egg put the ingredients in a pan adding 1 glass water and cook on low flame lid closed till the meat softens.

*when done and water evaporates,add salt to taste and grind meat mixture to a smooth consistency. 
*Add 1 beaten egg and prepare a uniform dough.
*Add 1/2 cup chopped coriander.
*Shape the dough into flattened kababs oval or round shape as per your choice.
*Heat oil and shallow fry on medium flame turning only one or twice till golden brown 🌱serve hot.🌱
