chilly fish is a delicious indo chinese dish and a excellent combination with fried rice.
lets learn how to do this in the most easy and delicious way.......
note down the ingredients we will need
500 gms fish fillet cut into cubes
2 tblspn cornflour
1 tblspn flour{maida}
1/4 tsp baking soda
a spoon black pepper
chopped garlic 5 nos
chopped ginger 1 inch
diced onion 1 nos
chopped spring onion for garnish
slit green chillies
1 diced capsicum
soya sauce 2 tsp
red chilli sauce 2 tsp
oil to fry
preparation :cut all the vegetables and set aside
step 1.marinate fish cubes with cornflour,maida,black pepper,baking soda and a pinch of salt for 5 mins
step2. deep fry marinated fish cubes until golden and set aside
step3.In a pan add 1 tsp oil add ginger,garlic,green chillies,onion,capsicum and saute for a while
step4.Add fried fish ,soya sauce ,chilli sauce,saute..
add 1 tsp corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup water and add to form a thick rich sauce.
give a gentle stir and turn off the gas.
serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions
tasty chilly fish is ready.....
