Raita a creamy mildly spiced side dish had with biryani made from yoghurt [dahi] and fresh vegetables....
1 small sliced onion
1 chopped green chilly
1 tsp lime juice
diced cucumber
diced carrots
chopped mint and coriander leaves
salt to taste
mix all above ingredients well in a bowl...add 1 cup thick yoghurt...thats all your raita is ready
serve with biryani..........enjoy
