tangy chicken macaroni


RECIPE:
1.boil 250 gms of macaroni in a open pan with water and a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil..strain and keep aside

2.cut boneless chicken pieces into medium strips and cook with 1/2 cup water till water drains on low flame ...keep aside

2.in a pan add 2 tbl spn oil,2 sliced onion and saute...add chicken pieces ,add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 chopped green chilli,

juliens of carrot few...saute for a while

3.add 1/2 cup water..1 tsp crushed pepper ,1 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp vinegar,and 1/2 cup tomato ketchup,mix all well

4.add cooked macaroni and mix well..

5.garnish with chopped spring onions or coriander leaves..

{do not add salt because soya sauce and tomato ketchup have salt in them}
