ginger chicken



Recipe:*chicken breast portion 250 gms cut into strips slightly cooked with 1/2 cup water and a pinch of salt..strain and keep aside..
preparation:
*1 cup onion sliced
*3 green chillies cut into halves
*1 medium sized ginger peeled and cut into thin strips
*1 medium size bowl of mixed vegetables{Juliens of cabage,carrot,capsicum}
*1 spoon soyasauce

Method:
in a open pan add 2 tblspn oil,add ginger,,add chicken..saute for a while..
add onions add green chillies,saute..add vegetables,...saute
add soyasauce..saute
add crushed black pepper and a pinch of salt..
toss well to mix..

serve hot.. garnish with chopped spring onions
