Recipe
- clean and wash fish [i am using pomfret] remove any extra water
- make a paste with 1tsp red chilli pdr,1/2 tsp black pepper pdr,1 tsp coriander pdr,1 tsp jeera pdr,1 tsp turmeric pdr,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,salt to taste,2 tsp cooking oil,1 tsp lemon juice...make a smooth paste.
- apply this paste on fish ..add few curry leaves on top and let marinade for 15-20 min
- shallow fry on pan till crisp on medium flame [do not turn now and then..as fish might break]
- ready..serve hot
