Recipe
fish preparation:
500 gms fish cubes boneless small pieces marinated with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tsp soy sauce,1 tb spn of corn flour and 1 egg…deep fry in oil and set aside .
for manchurian sauce:
In a pan add 2 tblspn of oil add 1/2 a cup finely chopped ginger and garlic and 2 chopped green chillies
add 1 big diced onion
add 1 diced capsicum pieces
2 tbspn of soya sauce
add 1 diced capsicum pieces
2 tbspn of soya sauce
1tsp vinegar
1 tsp of red chilli sauce…and saute for a min
add 1 cup of water mixed with 1 tblspn of corn flour
cook for a min….[check for salt..sauces already have salt in them]

now add fried fish pieces and give a gentle mix
its ready
garnish with cut spring onions....
