*recipe
in a open pan add 500 gms of boneless beef mince,
1meduim sized chopped Onion 5 Green Chilly chopped
5 pods Garlic
1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
2 Cardamoms
1 " long piece Cinnamon (Dalchini)
1 " long piece Ginger
*add 2 cups of water and a teaspoonful of salt and cook on medium flame till water is absorbed and meat is tender.Grind meat into a fine paste.
*Now mix 1 beaten eggs and prepare a uniform dough.
*Add 1 tsp lime juice,finely 1 chopped green chilli and 1/2 cup chopped coriander onion to dough and mix well.
*Shape the dough into flattened round kababs.
*Heat oil and shallow fry kababs oln low flame till golden brown and serve hot with green chutni..
