Tandoori chicken





Recipe
1.BASIC MARINATION

[make cuts on chicken using a knife..]
On chicken pieces..squeeze in 1 lemon juice,salt,1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well to combine..marinade this for atleast 30 min

2. TANDOORI MASALA MARINATION

on marinated chicken,,,add the following spices

1 tsp garam masala [spice powder available in markets]
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika pdr or black pepper pdr
a pinch of red food colour[optional]..mix all well let stay for 5 mins
add 1 cup thick curd mix all well

*Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, pressing lightly to remove excess marinade
sprinkle little oil while grilling

......The chicken may be grilled on pan,oven or griller or roasted.
