Chicken fried rice



recipe:

rice preparation:


  • soak basmati rice for 30 min... 
  • boil water in a open pan add salt when water boils add rice and cook till 75% done strain..spread the rice on a tray and let it cool.[tip:hot rice breaks while mixing]

lets start fried rice making: 
  • in a wide pan add 1 tspn of oil and saute vegetables [finely cut carrots,beans,capsicum,peas,cabbage etc..for a min 
  • add egg[omlette cut into strips] 
  • add chicken pieces[boneless chicken small pieces pre boiled] 
  • add cooked rice,sprinkle little black pepper powder,1 tsp soyasauce,2 tbl spoon of oil,a dash of ajinomoto,sprinkle finely cut spring onion..and mix all together carefully... 
  •  simmer for2 min on low flame.ready to serve
