no oven pizza
*For pizza base-
In a small bowl mix 1 tsp yeast,1 tsp sugar,1/2 tsp of salt..add these to 2 cups of maida,make a dough adding enough warm water and 1 tsp of olive oil...set aside for 1 hour.
[the dough will be raised,knead it again gently while preparing pizza base]
* For pizza sauce-
in a pan heat 2 tbspn of cooking oil add finely chopped garlic,1/2 cup tomato puree,2 tbspn tomato ketchup,1/2 tsp oregano,1/2 tsp crushed pepper,1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt cook for 5 min on low flame..your pizza sauce is ready
[you can store in airtight container and refridgerate for 1 week to use later]
Preparation:
1.)MAKE A ROUND PIZZA SHAPE WITH THE DOUGH,THEN BY USING A FORK MAKE HOLES HERE AND THERE.
2)TAKE A HEAVY BOTTOM NON STICK PAN WHICH HAS A TIGHT LID..
PLACE PIZZA BASE ON PAN AND COOK FOR 2 MIN ON LOW FLAME BY ADDING 1 TSP OF OLIVE OIL USING A BROAD SPOON REMOVE FROM PAN OR JUST SLIDE IT CAREFULLY ON A TRAY
3)NOW APPLY THE PIZZA SAUCE ON THE ''COOKED' SIDE OF PIZZA BASE.
4)ON THE SAME SIDE ADD YOUR FAVOURITE TOPPINGS :

ANY VEGGIES,BOILED CHICKEN PIECES,PANEER ANYTHING OF UR CHOICE.
5)ADD 1 TSP OF OLIVE OIL ON TOP AND SPREAD SHREDDED MOZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP[sprinkle a pinch of salt and crushed pepper].
6)TAKE THE PIZZA CAREFULLY AND PLACE ON PAN CLOSE THE LID AND COOK ON LOW FLAME TILL CHEESE MELTS[APPROXIMATELY 2 MIN].
5)ADD 1 TSP OF OLIVE OIL ON TOP AND SPREAD SHREDDED MOZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP[sprinkle a pinch of salt and crushed pepper].
6)TAKE THE PIZZA CAREFULLY AND PLACE ON PAN CLOSE THE LID AND COOK ON LOW FLAME TILL CHEESE MELTS[APPROXIMATELY 2 MIN].
